Si la clasificacion fuera inferior asi sería.porque lo he dejado claro en instagram ,el día que lo recibí una gran Decepcion,no aconsejaría a nadie el envio de vuestros productos,no cuidais nada al cliente ni el producto que se compra,no hay valor añadido ,peor que la caja de la compra al mes que me trae mi supermercado. Muy muy Decepcionada .

Hola Ana, sentimos enormemente esta decepción que se ha llevado. Bien es cierto que nuestros embalajes son en cierta manera sencillos, para poder repercutir ese ahorro de costes no a nuestro beneficio (en absoluto) sino a otros aspectos del servicio que consideramos más importantes.Por ejemplo, y a diferencia de otras muchas tiendas en internet, nosotros preferimos ser lo más rápidos y certeros posibles en las entregas, lo que nos implica costes mucho más elevados que a otros.
De todos modos, por sus palabras, creemos entender que el envío le ha llegado francamente muy mal, algo que no debería haber sucedido en ningún caso. Una cosa es que el embalaje no sea de diseño y otra muy distinta que sea "peor que la caja de la compra al mes que me trae mi supermercado". No le quepa la menor duda de que algo ha debido suceder de ahí que contactaremos con ud lo antes posible para recabar más información por su parte.
Entre tanto le agradecemos mucho que nos haga llegar estos comentarios puesto que nos sirven enormemente para revisar protocolos internos. Muchas gracias Ana

No tenog ninguna queja del pedido ni del producto. Fue fácil realizar el pedido, llegón muy pronto a su destino y el producto era tal y como me lo esperaba. Por ahora puedo decir que estoy contenta con el servicio
