Buenos días:

El pasado mes de octubre adquirí 2 botellas de 400 ml para que mis hijos pudieran llevar agua al colegio sin tener que utilizar botellas comerciales con posibles productos nocivos.

Todo perfecto la compra el envío y la botella, hasta la semana pasada cuando al recoger a mi hijo del colegio observo que su mochila tiene una mancha y al abrirla compruebo que la botella tiene el tapón con una pequeña raja por la que se pierde el agua.

No cumple el mes y el tapon ya está roto. No se que pensar. Es una botella precisamente barata y no me ha durado 1 mes.

La botella es tal cual se ve en la imagen, parece resistente y por ahora está dando muy buen resultado, no se ha estropeado nada y mi hijo de 3 años se la lleva al cole y la maneja perfectamente.

Estoy muy contenta con la atención y con el servicio que me había dado en todos mis pedidos. La única pega que tengo es que nunca me han ofrecido un cupón de descuento u ofertas especiales,a pesar de que he realizado bastantes pedidos, y recomendado a muchos de Mis amigos su páginas
