Hola Cristobal. En primer lugar muchas gracias por tu opinión. El modelo Singer 7285q lleva un Destornillador Placa de Agujas. No es un destornillador al uso típico con su mango. Se trata de una especie de llave con filo que sirve para abrir los tornillos de la placa, ya que si tuviera mango no entraría. Puedes comprobar en el manual. es el nº9 de la lista de accesorios. Hace poco que la tengo en casa,pero debido a mi trabajo ,necesitaba una maquina que respondiera a mis necesidades,maquina muy intuitiva,facil de utilizar para todos los perfiles y muy completa.

La atención al cliente fue excelente ya que llamamos por teléfono y no cogieron pero luego nos llamaron ellos y la atención fue excelente muy contentos con el trato recibido y el pedido nos llegó bien la máquina y funciona perfectamente.
