El envío fue ultrarapido, con buena atención telefónica para aconsejar sobre el producto cuando tienes alguna duda.

Sobre el producto compré dos estores con parte del dibujo a un lado y el resto en el otro. Queda fenomenal, yo los he anclado al techo, y la verdad que los mecanismos de subida y bajada van bastante duros, sobre todo para subir, el estor.

Tras aclarar el error con el dueño de la tienda, pues ha sido una falta de informacion por parte del fabricante por no avisar de que las caratula de la funda no se corresponde con la funda, todo muy bien. La funda encaja perfectamente y de calidad buena.

Hola M.Angeles, la explicación es que el proveedor dispone de unos cartones con las medidas de las fundas y según el modelo que és marca la funda con un circulo para saber cual es, cuando hicieron esos cartones solo fabricaban hasta la talla de 4 plazas, por lo que para aprovechar los cartones modifican el rótulo de 4 plazas y le ponen el de 5 plazas, por lo que la funda incluida en su paquete es el de 5 plazas.
Todo esto lo dice sin siquiera haber probado la funda para ver si el tamaño es correcto y sin haber consultado con nosotros si puede haber habido algún error o la posible explicación, utilizando palabras tan fuertes como "ENGAÑO y ESTAFA", todo ello repito sin haber probado la funda.
Espero que una vez probada la funda y comprobada que es la de 5 plazas modifique su opinión.
