Si la atención y asesoramiento fue excelente el artículo adquirido no tanto. El dibujo tenía varias imperfecciones como que la pintura hubiera saltado. Entiendo que el problema ha sido del proveedor pero lo anterior hace que sumada la atención, asesoramiento y todas las molestias tomadas por la empresa con la calidad del producto (defectuoso) la satisfacción del cliente no haya sido completa.

Perfecto encuadre con mis medidas. Envían cómo quedaría en un email para valorar. EL envío perfecto todo muy bien.
Sin ser un pero un aviso: Los colores difieren un poco dependiendo de la configuración de la pantalla del PC, en mi caso el estore real queda el dibujo con menos brillo. Algo a tener en cuenta. En mi caso como ya lo imaginaba, apliqué varios filtros a su foto para ver si quedaba bien independientemente del brillo y voilà, perfecto de cualquier forma dada la luz que tengo en casa.
Volveré a comprar.

El producto ha resultado tal y como esperaba, perfecto. Pero lo mejor ha sido la atención recibida, ha sido fantástica, el proveedor estuvo atento en todo momento y ante un pequeño fallo en el mecanismo del estor, me envío en unos días un mecanismo nuevo y sin ningún coste.
