La commande passée le 25 mai n'est toujours pas arrivée à ce jour car la boutique n'a pas fourni les informations nécessaires au dédouanement.

Personne n'a fait le nécessaire malgré que le livreur ait contacté la boutique.

A 24 euros de frais de livraison prétendument express, c'est tout simplement scandaleux!

Il n'y avait plus la couleur demandée, on m'a appelée pour proposer l'envoi d'une autre couleur : TOP ! par contre à la livraison le rouleau était écrabouillé (il était en "extérieur" du colis donc en position fragile), le cône intérieur cassé en 3 donc je ne pourrai pas l'installer sur ma machine à coudre.
A part ça, envoi nickel.
