Me decepcionó que un producto de calidad me lo enviaran directamente metido en la bolsa de la compañía de trasporte. Esperaba que una tela de algodón blanca, por lo menos, fuera envuelta en papel o bolsa antes de meterla en el sobre de envío. También quedé sorprendida por lo mal que estaba cortada, siendo en algunos casos la diferencia de linea de corte de hasta 7 cm. Atención rápida y correcta a una oonsulta por email , algo fría. El envío un poco largo para el precio que se paga por él.
