El sabor es absolutamente impresionante. El envase muy bueno. Y algo que para nosotros es súper importante, ningún producto lleva lactosa. Hasta las gamas más altas de algunos supermercados lo llevan.

El sabor es excelente pero la pieza enviada no tenía las grasa entreverada esperable en la zona adecuada. Otras zonas muy secas.
Si ser un experto, creo que excesivamente curado, en contra de la petición de una curación normal..
Lamentablemente las expectativas se cumplieron parcialmente.
