sobreasada de trufa, buena, pues bien pero el sabor a trufa no le encontre,
Donde yo vivo en Holanda estamos acomstrubados al sabor de la trufa Italiana (mas sabor), y por eso alomejor me parecio algo menos a sabor a trufa.

Compramos una paleta de jamón con DO para Navidad directamente en la web, ya que el año anterior lo habíamos adquirido en unos conocidos almacenes y nos había encantado. El resultado fue inmejorable y mas económico , y poder elegir el punto de curación nos vino fenomenal, ya que ajustamos mejor su duración a nuestro consumo. Repetiremos sin duda.
