Me ha parecido que la proporción grasa/magro no ha sido la apropiada, soy extremeño y ver que cada sobre contenia cortes de 50/50 grasa-magro es poco adecuado a lo esperado, es un poco timo y me pregunto si los mejores cortes los reservais para quien puede ver lo que compra y lo demás para los que compramos a "ciegas". Lo siento pero no volveré a repetir.
