Pensé que estarían más curados la verdad empezamos uno para un compromiso que necesitaba y estaba muy muy poco curado era como carne, el otro lo tengo sin abrir aún no puedo aún decir nada.
Me aconsejo uno este sitio que os compra todo y e probado y buenos productos y me fio, habrá sido mala suerte.

El jamón tiene el tocino totalmente amarillo como si hubiera estado expuesto a un calor excesivo y hubiera sudado más de lo debido. El tocino (para mí lo más gustoso) es incomible.
A pesar de llamar al teléfono que figura en el albarán (de Llerena), a la tienda física de Madrid, no fue posible contactar con ustedes, al no contestar en ninguno de los teléfonos.
Finalmente les escribí un mensaje en el apartado de contacto de su página web que tampoco fue respondido.
Es la segunda vez que les compro un jamón. El del año pasado fue extraordinario, de ahí el repetir la experiencia, pero sin duda me han decepcionado.

Está buenísima la paleta de bellota iberica 75%, es la segunda vez que compro, la primera compré una paleta Paleta de cebo de campo ibérica 75% raza ibérica D.O que también estaba muy bien.
El envío es rápido, y viene bien empaquetado. Pero lo mejor es que está super rica.
