La paleta es menos magra de lo que estoy acostumbrado, aunque de momento sólo he avanzado por el jarrete y la maza, me reservo el juicio fin hasta que no haya acabado la pieza.

Pero sin duda el sabor y el olor son espectaculares, de lo mejor que he probado últimamente, es casi seguro que repetiré.
