El producto lo venden como fresco ,pero viene congelado. Me parece,como mínimo un timo.Por lo tanto no puedo darle otra puntuación. Es una pena,nuestro ibérico y concretamente Extremadura se merecen mejor trato.

Estimado cliente, nuestras carnes son congeladas ya que se trata de un producto 100% ibérico, y las matanzas de nuestros cerdos, solo se realizan una vez al año. Es por esto, que congelamos las carnes para dar un servicio durante todo el año.
