Hace un año tuvimos una excelente experiencia con la compra de embutidos y la Bandeja Golden Pig Lladró. Este año no podemos valorar la calidad de sus carnes frescas porque no han llegado.
El pedido se hizo el 10/12; el 14/12 recibimos email de confirmación del envío que no llega.
Ayer 15/12 enviaba email preguntando sobre la situación y hoy he tratado de hablar por el móvil indicado en la comunicación de envío. Sin respuesta en ambos casos y con imposibilidad de seguimiento del pedido.
Mala experiencioa con la logística esta vez. Lástima!!
