La rapidez del envío así como el packaging fue excepcional, salvo el error en la falta de una bandeja que no recibí.
La atención telefónica por parte de Daniela fue muy satisfactoria ya que inmediatamente subsanó un error en la facturación.
Quedo a la espera que se solucione el envío de la bandeja que no he recibido y se facturó y abonó.
Quizá debería ser mas fácil contactar con el departamento en caso de alguna reclamación.
