Hice un pedido y todo perfecto. Me ha tardado una semana en llegar pero lo ponía bien claro, que había productos que se mandan en un día y otros que tardan más por cuestiones de proveedor. Me mandaron un correo informándome en todo momento de que iba a haber retraso (ya informado en el propio producto de la web) y ninguna pega. Productos muy baratos. El paquete me ha llegado muy bien empaquetado y el envío no es excesivamente caro, cosas que en otras web de productos de peluquería echa mucho para atrás a la hora de hacer un pedido porque no trae cuenta. Satisfecha.

Es ideal para mi pelo, fino, porosidad alta y con tendencia a la deshidratación. Como co-wash me ha encantado, me ha dejado el cuero cabelludo limpio, y con sensación de hidratación. Cuando lo he usado sólo, cómo acondicionador, a mi pelo le ha chiflado, me he desenredado instantáneamente, dejando esa sensación de algas, combinándolo con la crema texturizadora, el pelo se ve sano y brillante.

Después, de ver y leer las opiniones sobre esta mascarilla, tenía unas expectativas demasiado elevadas. Pensaba que me iba a hidratar más el cabello. La deje durante 1 hora, y según me la aclaraba y me peinaba, noté el pelo, muy suave e hidratado, sin embargo al secarme el cabello, no lo noté más hidratado.Tengo que seguir probando distintos tiempos y con diferentes métodos y productos de definición y fijación.

Hidrata, aporta brillo, activa y define el rizo,no tiene nada de fijación, con lo cual hay que usarlo, con una espuma o con un gel. El olor me parece delicioso, huele a jarabe de Jengibre. Yo he tenido que usar poca cantidad.Me gusta mucho cómo me deja el pelo. Tengo el cabello fino, porosidad alta y 2a,2b,2c. Lo he usado con el acondicionador y co-wash de la misma gama.

No puedo dar una buena opinión respecto al producto, un serum para pestañas, que como pongo en el título me llegó con el envase roto y reseco. No entiendo como esto no lo chequean antes de mandarlo, pues esta claro que no se rompió por el camino por como venía embalado. Únicamente puedo decir que me han echo correctamente la devolución de mi dinero, eso si después de varios correos, ya que me fue imposible también ponerme en contacto con Famaideal a través del número de teléfono, que probé durante varios días, lo tienen de adorno.í.

J'étais très très déçu de la réception de mon colis jai vu la photo de la couleur sur Amazon j'étais satisfaite car je la voyais assez grande la couleur et en la recevant jetai très très très déçu car j'ai reçu un tout petit flacon et ce petit flacon !!!!!
