Me acaban de llegar todos los productos de mi pedido caducados y van y me responden que aunque estén caducados los puedo usar :shrug::skin-tone-4:‍:female_sign: les reclamo mi dinero y me dicen que los lleve a un punto de recogida, pero como los voy a llevar si están cerrados... Más nunca vuelvo a comprar aquí. Estafadores. Voy a tomar medidas legales, esto es una falta a los derechos de los consumidores.

El producto no hace nada de lo q promete. Lo compré para remover parcialmente (aunque fuera) el tinte negro de mi pelo, no solo no ha aclarado ni un solo tono, sino que lo que sí q ha hecho es dejarme las raíces naranjas horribles (y ahí no había tinte) en fin, un engaño.

Tratamiento buenísimo para cabello muy reseco como el mío, usado aplicándolo después del lavado, dejar unos minutos y aclararlo aunque no del todo y alternando otros días con otra aplicación distinta, aplicarlo después del lavado con el champú Hydraker K12 y dejarlo dándole calor 20-30 min. secar y peinar y después sellar con plancha a 230º. Asi en casa haces un tratamiento profesional y en mi caso ayudo a los tratamientos de mi peluquería, cosa que siempre, si se puede hacer, recomiendo.
