El ramo era exactamente como se indica en fotografía y las flores en buen estado.

El único inconveniente es que por el mismo precio, en otras floristerías a las que he ido se consiguen ramos mucho más vistosos. Puede que sea porque las flores en concreto de este ramo sean más caras o porque se paga también poder pedirlas fácilmente online (gestión PERFECTA), eso lo desconozco.

El envio fantástico, muy puntual y como fue un regalo , la persona a la que se lo regale, me dijo que estaba muy bien preparado, profesional y la tarjeta con el mensaje que dicte.

La atención al cliente, genial, además hablas con una persona, no con una máquina y te cogen el teléfono hasta el sábado por la mañana, tienen servicio de wassap. Muy profesionales y serios.
