Todo perfecto si no fuera por la compañia de transporte que ha tardado mucho más de lo esperado y además nos ha mentido diciendo que el paquete habia sido entregado con firma por parte del receptor

lamentamos que la experiencia de su compra no haya sido 100% satisfactoria a causa del transporte. Aunque según zonas de España se trabaja con distintas agencias de transporte para intentar siempre dar el mejor servicio, nos ocurre en ocasiones algunos casos en los que las entregas no acaban realizándose como se debiera. Le pedimos disculpas y trasladamos lo ocurrido para intentar que no se vuelva a repetir en un futuro.

Hice el pedido y me atendieron muy bien vía chat . Bien envuelto todo y en tiempo y forma. Lo único a resaltar es que al realizar el pedido referencia como stock y mas abajo indica sujeto a existencias ( debería ser mas claro y no resaltar Stock )

Pedimos un fregadero con escurridor en el cual tenías que elegir a que lado querías la poza, lo que suponíamos que era para enviarlo con el agujero para el grifo hecho. Pero cuando nos llegó el fregadero, vimos que no tenía el agujero hecho, con lo cual creemos que es una tontería que pregunten hacia que lado se quiere si lo van a mandar sin agujero...
