Pues de momento he tenido mala suerte. El primer fregadero que os pedí se perdió en el envío y El Segundo estoy esperando a que me lo recojan y cambien por otro porque vino rayado y la verdad me urge mucho porque tengo todos los muebles y electrodomésticos de La Cocina a falta del fregadero.
Espero me lo solucionéis rápido.

No te avisan cuando te lo en tregan en casa la atención al cliente te dicen que ellos lo an en viado y no seacen responsable de la paquetería muy mal

lamentamos que no haya quedado satisfecho con el envío de su pedido.

Nosotros siempre facilitamos a las agencias de transporte el nº de teléfono del cliente e indicamos que llamen antes de la entrega. Somos conscientes de que hay veces que llaman y otras no, pero es algo que lamentablemente ya no podemos controlar.

Por nuestra parte facilitamos a los clientes el nº de expedición y la agencia de transporte por la que ha sido enviado, para que puedan concretar la entrega en el caso de que no vayan a estar en el domicilio o cualquier otro motivo.
Quedamos a su disposición para cualquier consulta o aclaración.

Buenos días Mayte,
lamentamos su descontento con el fregadero que ha comprado.
Los fregaderos del fabricante SYAN son el mismo modelo para el caso de bajo encimera y para el caso de sobre encimera. Otros fabricantes el modelo bajo encimera, dejan sin acabar perfectamente la parte del borde superior, puesto que esta zona no se verá. Syan acaba todos los modelos igual, de esta manera el fregadero lo puede montar tanto bajo encimera como sobre encimera.

Los colores del fregadero no se ajustan a la realidad, compre un fregadero color metal gris siendo la imagen un gris antracita y el color real es bastante mas claro pero nos gusta igual. Podrían poner fotos del fregadero reales.

Alberto, somos conscientes del problema con los colores. Trabajamos con las imágenes que nos proporcionan los fabricantes y no siempre nos las facilitan de todos los modelos y combinaciones de color como nos gustaría.
