Me dejaron claro que era para mi modelo de móvil, cuando me llega la funda veo que no coincide los botones con los de mi móvil. Me dicen que es compatible y que es para mi 9 lite. Un engaño.

Nosotros no le hemos indicado que sea compatible, porque no lo es. De hecho, le copio el último correo que le enviamos.

Buenos días Esmeralda, como quedamos por whatsapp, la funda es compatible con el modelo pro, si desea pedir fundas de dibujos como nos pidió y que nos fijemos si lleva la ranura, indíquenoslo en las observaciones.
