Muy buen servicio al cliente.
Es cuanto al envío de cristales templados lo haría más protegido, la primera vez, me llegó junto con la funda que pedi, pero llegó roto y seguramente se debiera al transporte ya que llegó la caja doblada, el segundo que se me envió llegó sin problemas y porque venía en un paquete más rigido

La atención fue excelente, solo un consejo, aseguraros que cuando compráis una funda personalizada para un iPad tenéis Claro el modelo y la funda porque no lo especifican demasiado bien sobre todo para el iPad de 7 generación y además no devuelven el dinero. Tuve que comprar otra.

Ni he recibido varios mails ni considero correcta la explicación. Me reitero que no se puede enviar un cristal de protección que ocupe casi 4mm menos x lado. Para eso mejor no regalar nada puesto que no lo estoy ni utilizando pues no me va proteger de nada y es más, la fundita que traía es más grande que el cristal en si. Obviamente no corresponde a un xiaomi A2 lite, me digan ustedes lo que me digan. Gracias y saludos

Buenas Susana, no le hemos dicho eso. Si cometemos una equivocación nosotros le ayudamos sea gratis (en promoción) o no el artículo. El "problema" que nos consulta por correo se lo hemos detallado en varias ocasiones, que el cristal 9H no cubre la totalidad del frontal de su teléfono. Si desea un cristal que haga esto, tal y como le detallamos en los correos, tiene el full glue, que en lugar de 19,99€ le cuesta 9,99€ por la oferta. El grado de protección en ambos casos es el mismo (9H), pero el full glue cubre entero el frontal, y el 9H no. De ahí a que cueste el doble en su precio normal, y en la promo, estemos regalando el 9H y el full glue cueste la mitad del precio original.
