El pedido llegó muy rápido y en perfectas condiciones, siendo el producto fiel a la imagen del anuncio de la web. Todo hubiera sido perfecto de no ser por un detalle: En el anuncio se hacía constar que enviarían los vasos con cuatro motivos diferentes en cantidad variable según disponibilidad, pero sin embargo tan solo han enviado vasos con tres de los motivos. Entiendo que lo han hecho conforme a lo indicado en el anuncio "según disponibilidad", pero lo lógico hubiera sido que si no disponían de uno de los diseños, o bien que no se anunciase dicho modelo en la web o bien que se pusiesen en contacto con el comprador para informarle de tal extremo.

La empresa que gestionó el pedido lo entregó rápidamente y en perfecto estado pero la entrega solo la hacen por las mañanas y si les das otra dirección por mala disponibilidad necesitas una autorización con un posible recargo
