Se retrasó mucho el envío y cuando lo recibo el armario está mal fabricado. Hay unos milímetros de diferencia que hacen que se vea un hueco entre la puerta y el lateral izquierdo. Es error de fabricación no de regulación de la puerta. Mando fotos, vídeos, correos de WhatsApp y me derivan a que hable yo con la fábrica. Lo último es que como no tengo el embalaje no lo puedo devolver. Solicito que me envíen otro mueble o un técnico que compruebe que no está bien fabricado. No me resuelven el problema, no me dan una solución. Quiero un mueble que no esté defectuoso o que me devuelvan el dinero.

Buenas tardes, con respecto al envío, en la página aparecía un anuncio indicando que los pedidos en agosto se iban a retrasar porque había fábricas cerradas. Además, usted hizo una consulta sobre el estado del pedido y le indicamos el tiempo que iba a tardar .


En relación, a la incidencia que nos comenta, nos hemos volcado desde el primer momento. Fábrica nos dice que no hay absolutamente ninguna incidencia (adjuntándole numerosa documentación) y usted que sí. Por ello, le hemos propuesto que le llame el servicio técnico para encontrar una solución y usted se ha negado

De todas formas, como con todos nuestros clientes estamos abiertos a una solución que le satisfaga
