La atención ha sido muy satisfactoria, con una comunicación rápida, lo cual en los tiempos que corren, se agradece.
La presentación de los productos, la manera exquisita del envio, con ese detalle escrito a mano, me parecen detalles sensacionales.
Lo que me ha "decepcionado" un poco es la calidad del producto, me refiero al resultado final en cuanto a hidratación tanto en la piel como en la barba.

En principio el olor y la textura del producto parecen perfectos, pero el olor desaparece al poco de usarlo y tampoco siento la piel hidratada como si he tenido con otros productos similares.
