Atención al cliente excelente y se agradecen los detalles como las postales personalizadas, ambientadores, pegatinas y demás regalitos que envían junto al producto. Pudiera parecer no tener mayor importancia pero esos detalles te hacen sentir cómo un buen cliente y no cómo un mero comprador más.

Me encanta el espesor y volumen que le da a la barba, así como su fijación sin perder suavidad. Para mi gusto, en cuanto aroma y fragancia el Sweet Chufa es el mejor de la gama de bálsamos.

Los productos son buenísimos, por eso los compro.

En esta ocasión ha habido un problema con Correos y ha tardado casi 10 días en llegar el paquete. Aunque en atención al cliente han sido muy amables, creo que deberían haber reaccionado y mandarme el segundo paquete antes, en vez de hacerme esperar tanto.

En cualquier caso, seguiré comprando los productos porque ya digo que son muy buenos y habéis sido agradables.

Un aroma excelente a canela y limón y un ligero toque a chufa…hidratación espectacular sin apelmazar dejando un toque en tu barba inigualable y facilitando su peinado, la fijación no es muy fuerte pero se agradece pues es un bálsamo y no una cera.
