OPINO QUE ESTE ULTIMO LIBRO ES UN AUNTENTICO FRAUDE. PREVIAMENTE A ESTE MANUAL QUE RECOGIA LAS ESPECIFICACIONES DEL UF 0O82 LES HABIA COMPRADO DOS MAS; EL DEL UF 0080 Y EL DEL UF 0081,QUE SON LOS QUE COMPLETAN EL MÓDULO FORMATIVO.
MI SORPRESA CUANDO VEO QUE ESTE ÚLTIMO LIBRO, UF0082, ES IDÉNTICO EN UN 90% A LOS DOS ANTERIORES QUE LES HE COMPRADO. PARA QUE NO SE NOTASE EL AUTOR EN MUCHOS CASO RENOMBRÓ LOS EPÍGRAFES, EN OTROS SIMPLEMENTE LOS PUSO TAL CUAL ESTABAN.

Tuve que escribir avisando de que había hecho el pago (al parecer existe algún problema para la recepción automática de pedidos). Luego, pese a que pagué por la agencia de transporte (Nacex) que prometía el envío en 3 días, este tardó una semana. No sin tener que volver a llamar para ver qué ocurría con mi pedido.
Por todo ello, al menos en mi caso, no ha sido satisfactorio el proceso de envío. Necesita, pues, mejorar.
La atención, no obstante, fue en todo momento correcta, y cada vez que llamé se me atendió muy amablemente.
