Finalmente he recibido mi pedido de nuevo y bien! Sin ningún problema! Han tardado en responder, y el contacto no es muy rápido, pero han ofrecido una respuesta adecuada al problema!

Hola Silvia, no tenemos ningún correo tuyo y lo miramos constantemente. Si es cierto que teniamos los mensajes de instagram pero no los habiamos visto, ya que las RRSS nos las gestionan aparte. Si quieres envíanos las fotografías del desperfecto a [email protected] y estaremos encantados de darte una solución satisfactoria. Respecto a lo que indicas del aviso del recibo, debemos indicarlo, ya que si la agencia golpea el producto, y pasan esas 24h. sin que tengamos notificación, la agencia ya no se hace cargo de ese golpe. En cualquier caso, y aunque haya pasado ese tiempo, le daremos solución a tu problema. Gracias!

Satisfecho por la entrega, contrariado con el producto. Por un lado porque quizás por fallo mío al no cargar bien la imagen aparece la portada del disco y no la foto personalizada que subí a la plataforma, por otro lado porque el metacrilato está mellado por los extremos.

La calidad del producto ha dejado mucho que desear. Los borde venían mal recortados, irregulares... La placa en sí estaba rallada por varias zonas... La verdad es que el precio no corresponde con la poca calidad del producto. Me hubiera salido más rentable hacerlo yo.

Tuve un problema con con el repartidor porque no me llegaba el pedido.
Y en cuestión de dos días se solucionó todo.
