El pedido no me ha llegado en el tiempo indicado en la página ha tardado más de una semana 9 días. Cuando pone que los envíos se hacen entre 3-5 días. El producto ha llegado bien pero no a tiempo.

El envío se hizo en 4 días laborables, contando que se realizó un viernes por la tarde y me llego el jueves por la mañana.
Si decir, que la información sobre el estado del pedido en la página no fue nada “informativo” . Lo único que puso fue : estado- procesando y después , estado- acabado. Nada de donde estaba el pedido.

Quería unos marcapaginas para la comunión de mi hija. Fue todo un acierto. Me costo un poco hacerme con los controles del programa en línea de auto-diseño. Pero al final lo conseguí y que do muy bien!!!! Acabado perfecto, muy profesional y con buenísima calidad.

La empresa de reparto una vergüenza. Llegó tres días tarde a mi casa, me dijeron que el día 14 y llegó el 18 a las 21:00 de la noche. Sería muy bueno poder elegir la agencia de transporte... Gracias
