Hola
No tenemos publicado en ningún sitio ni tampoco la DGT, de que el informe muestre nombres de personas que aún no son propietarias, lo cual es bastante logico. Para eso debe usted pedir el informe un vez se haga el cambio de nombre, y entonces aparecera como propietaria.

Fatal el servicio. Porque me mandaron información de otro vehículo cuando hacía referencia yo a un ciclomotor. Cuando pedí que lo solucionaran me querían volver a cobrar las tasas de tráfico.

Creo que no entendio bién lo que ocurrio, así se lo explicamos de nuevo.
Usted nos dió una matrícula y tramitamos esa matricula con la DGT y el informe corresponde a dicha matrícula, si el vehículo no es el que usted quería el error es suyo, porque nosotros hemos tramitado la matricula que usted ha escrito.
La DGT emite el informe de la matricula que le enviamos, el tipo de vehículo lo aportamos en caso que se precise o nos lo soliciten. Nosotros hemos cumplido, pues el informe corresponde a la matrícula que usted ha solicitado.
No podemos reembolsar la tasa porque se abona durante la tramitación, como en cualquier jefatura de trafico. Si usted hubiese tramitado con la DGT directamente le hubiese ocurrido lo mismo, le hubiesen dado el mismo informe y habría abonado la misma tasa.
Lamentamos que se haya confundido de matrícula.
