La explicación la he dado anteriormente en el apartado anterior. En ese informe faltan varias cosas que por 39€ deberían incluirlo.

Ya le hemos aclarado en el anterior comentario, el porque no falta ninguna información al informe. Creo que ha cometido un error no cobramos 39€, queremos dejar claro que la tarifa aplicada para la tramitaión del informe es 4€ por envío en 24horas, como fué en su caso.

No pone las cargas ( multas y si tienen algún embargo del vehículo) en el informe. Esto es necesario

Estimado cliente

Para saber si su vehículo tiene alguna carga debe fijarse en lo siguiente:

En el encabezamiento del informe de vehículo, nos debe aparecer una advertencia dentro un cuadro que diga "vehículo con cargas". También en éste caso incluirá una sección añadida llamada Cargas o gravámenes: (Ésta sección aparece sólo si existen incidencias) e indicará el tipo de carga que el vehículo tiene, que pueden ser embargo, precinto, reserva de dominio, o impago del IVTM (Impuesto municipal de circulación), indicando además la fecha.

Por lo tanto, si no existe ésta advertencia ni dicha sección en su informe, el vehículo no tiene cargas.

Si marco la opción de envío en 24 Horas, lo recibe en 24 horas o antes, no es algo exacto. También, puede seleccionar envio antes de 1Hora y lo recibe antes de 1 Hora.
