No he tenido suerte. Parecía un buen producto, estable y con buen funcionamiento. Tras el primer uso normal de 30 minutos, ha aparecido pinchado y deformado.

Nunca pude averiguar la situación de mi pedido, ni en la web de ustedes, ni en la del transportista. solo recibí un SMS de transportista indicando que el pedido llegaría en 24/48 horas.
Pero mi mayor cabreo es que del año pasado a este año (En 10 meses), habéis subido el precio más de un 50%.

La piscina llegó con la caja cubierta de un líquido rojo, todos los productos manchados y la respuesta de atención al cliente fue: le descontamos 10€ en próxima compra. Un desastre, no volveré a comprar nada.

Este es el día que todavía no he recibido el pedido de la piscina con fecha del 17 de mayo. He echo la reclamación reiteradas veces y no he recibido ninguna respuesta. Si en 24h no recibo ninguna contestación tomaré medidas legales. Estoy muy disgustada.
