No me llego el pedido ni me avisaron de que estaba sin stock me quede esperando el pedido y tube que llamar a preguntar que pasa y al final me enviaron un mensaje que no estaba disponible asi que le doy 1 estrella porque si de mi dependiera le daba 0 estrellas que lo logico seria llamar y avisar al cliente y darle una solucion

Encomendei a CAMA DE AR FULL COMFORT-PLUSH MID RISE 137X191X33 CM COM BOM no dia 11 de outubro de 2002, com data estimada de receção da encomenda após 8 a 10 dias.
Ao fim de quase um mês, não tendo a encomenda chegado, questionei a INTEX sobre se tinham alguma previsão de entrega. Responderam-me que o pedido havia sido devolvido por falta de resposta na sua entrega. Afirmaram que tentaram contactar-me várias vezes sem êxito. A verdade é que não fui contactada por ninguém, apesar de a minha morada e o meu telefone estarem corretos nos "detalhes do pedido" que me enviaram por email. Ademais, estou em teletrabalho há meses pelo que me encontro quase sempre em casa.
Devolveram-me o dinheiro, exceto o que havia pago pelo serviço de entrega. No entanto, fiquei sem o produto que encomendei porque precisava. Acho que a INTEX deve avaliar se os serviços de entrega que contrataram fizerem bem o seu trabalho.
