Muy mala experiencia. El colchón no dura hinchado ni dos horas. Intento ponerme en contacto con Intex es un follón y no consigo localizar un teléfono al que llamar. He rellenado formularios en los que me pide fotos del desperfecto. Pero no sé dónde está dicho desperfecto. Enfin.. ya ni caso lo doy por perdido. Eso sí....nunca más..

Escribí por whatsApp para comunicaros que no abriría la piscina hasta abril o mayo, que lo haría con el buen tiempo y quería saber si faltaba alguna pieza o estuviera rota como podría hacerlo… pienso que es comprensible que no abriré la caja de la piscina para tenerla desmontada ocupando espacio 2 meses como mínimo que falta… y la atención fue nula… no se me contesto….

En los dos pedidos que realice vuestra agencia de transporte y entrega fue un verdadero desastre.
Imposible de superar.
Me gustan vuestros productos pero con este “peaje” de entrega llegas a sentir inseguridad.
Os recomiendo que valoréis cambiar de agencia x que mi experiencia fue totalmente un desastre propia de películas de comedia.

Hemos hinchado el colchón y comprobamos que la anchura del colchón no corresponde con el pedido realizado. Hemos pedido un colchón de ancho 152 cm y el colchón recibido apenas llega a 140 cm.
