Lamentable, a fecha de hoy no hemos recibido nada y han pasado más de 96 horas laborales SEGUIMOS ESPERANDO.
El servicio de atención al cliente a veces te contestan a veces pasan y escriben al día siguiente.
Nada recomendable.

El césped tendría que esperar que pase algún tiempo para opinar de la calidad de momento puedo decir que se ve de muy buena calidad, la altura de este no es de 37 como aparece en la especificaciones si no de 35, pero no tiene importancia por que es bastante alto, la colocación muy bien por que se maneja perfectamente para el montaje, eso si aconsejo entenderlo al sol un par de horas antes para hacerlo más manejable. La atención al cliente 10 estrellas una atención fuera de serie. Lo recomiendo 100/100

El césped se corresponde con la descripción de la empresa JardiGrass es muy tupido y tiene muy buen tacto, el color es muy natural y se trabaja correctamente a la hora de cortarlo.
El envío tardó un poco más de la cuenta por culpa de la empresa de transporte que se empeñó en que tenía que mandarles un correo electrónico para decirles fecha y hora de entrega ,pero por lo demás todo bien.

La lona está bien, pero no tiene el ancho indicado. La pedí de 3,30 m y tenía 3,20m y, además venían 0,50m de menos. Pedí 20m y me llegó 10,50m.... Era para un sitio determinado y me quedó muy justita
