Este philodendron llegó bien en el paquete, pero estaba un poco tocado, muchas hojas amarillas, los bordes roídos y lleno de caracoles con hojas comidas. Lo de los caracoles ha sido un desastre porque me los he ido encontrando por otras plantas.

Tuve un problema en el envío, me enviaron unos platos más grandes de los que había comprado, pero me puse en contacto y me lo solucionaron sin problema.
A los dos días tenía los platos con las medidas correctas y se llevaron los otros.
Todo bien, sin problemas ni pegas.

El envío horrible. Creo que no puede ser peor. 10 días para entregarme un par de árboles. De la atención al cliente...pues tampoco han hecho gran cosa por solucionar lo ocurrido

Hola Javier,
Lamento mucho su descontento con nosotros.
En nuestras condiciones pone que necesitamos entre dos y cinco días (laborables) para preparar el pedido.
No se el porque la agencia de transporte tardó tanto entregárselo.
Cuando nos envió el correo de que las plantas le llegaron en mal estado el mismo día sobre las siete de la tarde le respondimos dando soluciones, para que escogiera la que más le guste y todavía no nos ha respondido.
Esperamos sus noticias.
