Hola Jordi,
Lamento lo ocurrido con su pedido.
Usted realizó el pedido el 18 de octubre de 2019, salió el 19 y lo recibió el 21 de octubre de 2019. Mi compañero que envolvió los platos me ha dicho que envolvió los tres, no sabemos que ocurrió y solo recibió dos, cuando nos envió el correo nos entro en spam y por eso hemos tardado un poco en leerlo, nada más lo leímos lo pusimos en marcha y le hemos vuelto a enviar un plato.

El árbol me llegó en perfecto estado. El servicio de atención al cliente bastante regulera. Y la cantidad de tiempo en llegar desde Guadassuar a Valencia es para mi gusto excesivo.Mas con la cantidad de precio que se paga por el porte. Un saludo.

Buenas tardes Pepe,
Nos alegra saber que está contento con el kumquat y lamentamos que no le haya atendido como se esperaba.
En nuestras condiciones de ¿Cómo preparamos tu pedido? se explica que entre 2 y 5 días laborables se prepara el pedido (se realiza la factura, se le pasa al cliente, se sacan y preparan las plantas por orden de entrada de pedidos...) y una vez sale de nuestro vivvero, en las condiciones de envíos y entregas aparece que la entrega es de 24 a 72 horas, siempre que las plantas no pasen de 3 metros. Los jueves y viernes no enviamos plantas, a no ser que el cliente nos lo pida, para evitar que pasen el fin de semana en la agencia de transporte.
Realizó el pedido el miércoles 13 de noviembre a las 23:03, se le envió el martes 19 de noviembre, le enviamos un correo con la agencia de transporte y el número de seguimiento y el día 20 de noviembre se le entregó.

Estoy muy contenta con todo el equipo de jardinería kuka, facilitan cualquier contratiempo, las plantas siempre llegan muy sanas, y nunca se han roto por el transporte, desde mi punto de vista hacen muy bien su trabajo. Si quiero comprar plantas es la primera web que visito. Top Fan.
