Hola Victor,
Hemos confirmado con usted por correo electrónico, que se le entregó al día siguiente de salir de nuestro vivero, es decir en 24 h.
No entiendo el porqué a enviado el mensaje el 23 de agosto como no entregado, cuando realizó el pedido el 16 de julio, salió el 17 y se le entregó el 18 de julio.

El trato ha sido perfecto y el producto es lo que esperaba, ha llegado bien y en poco tiempo. Quizás destacar que los gastos de envío son un poco altos, deberían ser en base al pedido.

Ya conocía estas macetas.
La verdad es que son estupendas para las orquídeas y para cualquier tipo de plantas que necesite tener aireadas la raíces, porque éstas nunca tocan el agua. Si las quieres regar por inmersión puedes hacerlo en mismo tiesto, ya que el recipiente que va enroscado es estanco y solamente hay que quitarlo para dejar salir todo el agua sobrante. Después volver a montar y ponerlo en modo aireación de raíces y cuando ya no gotee, dejarlo enroscado con un poquito de agua en el recipiente.
Encima es un invento español.
Por poner alguna pega, es una lástima que sólo tengan un tamaño.

Hola MªTeresa,
Son las macetas más acertadas para las orquídeas, el plato de su interior tiene dos funciones y una de ellas, gracias a las paredes del exterior de la maceta, es poder mantener la humedad a sus raices sin estar en contacto con el agua.
Vamos hacerles llegar éste comentario, a ver si conseguimos que realicen de más tamaños, ya que son bastantes clientes los que nos lo indican y todas, se las hacemos llegar.
Ante cualquier duda, estamos para ayudarla.
