Mis compañeros se han puesto en contacto con usted, para ver lo ocurrido y darle una solución lo antes posible.
Usted se ha puesto en contacto con nosotros por WhatsApp, para que no le vuelva a ocurrir lo mismo, nos escribe con lo que le ha pasado y las fotos y nosotros cuando llegamos respondemos, si insiste tardamos mucho más en responder, ya que respondemos los WhatsApp desde los más antiguos, a los más recientes, por lo tanto, como ha insistido siempre ha estado en los recientes. Otra solución es pasarnos los WhatsApp y llamarnos, así nosotros lo buscamos y le respondemos más rápido.
Por otro lado, no podemos hacer fotos a cada planta, variedad, tamaño y cada vez que nos llegan. Si que puede pedirnos en el pedido, en el apartado de comentario, que le pasemos foto de la que le hemos escogido.

Todo muy bien pero la maceta llegó llena de ciempiés y tenía un nido de arañas bastante grande por lo demás todo perfecto la planta en perfecto estado regada y bien cuidada. Seguiré comprando arreglen eso de los insectos antes de mandar seria bueno para mis plantas .Gracias
