Si tengo que opinar sobre el envío, muy mal. Las plantas llegaron en pésimo estado. La protección superior de las plantas estaba fuera de sitio, caída.
Es decir las plantas han sufrido un pésimo trato durante el transporte, por tanto, mi opinión es que el transportista no es el adecuado.

Si usted lee en la ficha técnica del producto, se indica (en color rojo) que la entrega es de 2 a 3 días, al ser mercancía pesada, no se envía por Seur.
Es la primer vez que nos indican, que éste producto se rompe.
Vamos a ponernos en contacto con usted, para recogérselo y abonarle el importe del pedido.
