Cuando no tenemos algún producto en stock en tienda, nos ponemos en contacto con el cliente, para darle una solución: esperar a recibir el producto, cancelar y abonar o cambiarlo por otro producto.
Usted decidió cambiarlo, el que ha recibido era un poco más caro y por la demora no le hemos cobrado la diferencia.

Nosotros aquí en el vivero, regamos las plantas todos los días, pueden haber sufrido un poco en el trayecto, al no recibirlas en 24 horas.
Por eso, en el correo que enviamos, os indicamos que nada más recibais las plantas, las tienen que regar.
En caso de no reanimarse, nos lo tienen que indicar (pasándonos foto de la planta), para ofrecerles una solución cuanto antes.

Es la primera vez que compro aquí. He tenido problemas con un artículo que había pedido y después de más de 15 días he tenido que cambiar otras 2 veces por falta de stock cuando en la página web aparecían en stock. La atención muy rápida y el envío también. Los Rosales han llegado bastante mustios.
