El pedido llego muy bien, muy rapido y en muy buen estado (un rosal). La unica cosa negativa, que entre los 10 del rosal, i 10 del envio, encontramos que és un poco caro. Gracias.

Lamento que no esté satisfecha.
Nosotros no tenemos calidad de chinos como usted dice.
Usted realizó el pedido el 27, se le comunicó que no nos quedaba stock y le dimos a elegir, usted prefirió cambiarlas por otro producto de la misma calidad, de no haber hecho el cambio, nos esperábamos a recibirlas o cancelar su pedido y abonarle el importe.
Su pedido salió el 29 (con una entrega de 24/48 horas), siguiendo el seguimiento que nos indica la agencia de transporte, a estado ausente a la hora de la entrega, por fin hoy se lo han entregado.
El envío de 24/48 horas es desde que sale de nuestro vivero, no desde que se realiza el pedido a través de la web.
Si no está satisfecha con su pedido, lo podemos recoger y abonarle el importe.

No ha llegado ni el producto pedido, cuando ya tendría que haber llegado, se produce un cambio por no stock, evidentemente lo comunican y te dan a elegir.
Pero igualmente aún no ha llegado y con unos gastos de envío pagados por el cliente, elevados y no cumpliendo plazo

De todos los arboles que he recibido el único que me ha decepcionado. No tiene ni la altura ni el perímetro que se describe. El precio es muy barato, tampoco vamos a exigir demasiado.

Las medidas, cogemos la media de la partida que nos llega, ni la más alta ni la más bajita. Luego vamos vendiendo las más grandes hasta la siguiente partida.
Cuando llega la nueva partida, siendo al mismo precio, llegan o más altas o más bajas, son plantas y sus crecimientos varían.

Pedí 5. 4 llegaron en macetas bien enraizadas. Uno llegó en una maceta sin enraizar, casi a raíz desnuda. No sé si agarrará este último. He escrito a kuwaití y he enviado fotos.
