No tienen género en stock en condiciones para enviar reconocido por ellos mismos. Tuvieron que cambiármelo por otro producto. Mejorable gestión del stock

Me envían dos árboles con una diferencia de tamaño muy significativa pero, obviamente, con el tamaño de maceta igual, que es el criterio de venta. Se nota mucho que el pequeño está recién trasplantado a la maceta del tamaño del artículo. Estimo que se diferencian al menos en dos años de crecimiento. Mejorable la gestión del stock o de la producción.

Hola Daniel,
Los juniperus los compramos por tamaño de maceta, siempre al mismo proveedor. Son plantas vivas, por lo cual, las dos no pueden ser exactamente iguales. Por otro lado si nos queda una grande de la anterior partida, enviamos la grande y luego llegan las nuevas, que suelen ser más pequeñas.
Enviamos siempre los mejores que tenemos, ya que también vendemos en tienda.
En cuanto al stock, tiene toda la razón. Están mirando como arreglar el stock, ya que cuando se vende en tienda no se quita en la web y los inforáticos de Prestashop, nos indican que nuestro sistema es muy complicado de automatizar, por la gran variedad de combinaciones que existe en cada planta y varían cada vez.

No recomiendo a nadie comprar rosales en este centro.Estan debiles y maltratados.No tienen punto de comparacion con otros adquiridos en otros centros

Habó con barios de mis compañeros y le ofrecieron cambiar los rosales, cosa que usted no aceptó.
En cuanto a las plagas, le enviamos los productos fitosanitarios para tratarlos, sin cargo alguno para usted, ya que usted no quiso el cambio.

Un ejemplar de sonare bastante bueno, salvo que tiene pulgón, es algo poco importante porque había pocos, pero a tener en cuenta para darle una vuelta al resto, para que no tengan problemas futuros.
