Las 2 plantas eran bien envueltas y me llegaron rápido y en buen estado aunque uno de los 2 maceteros era estropeado. Supongo que fue culpa de la compañía de transporte porque las plantas eran tumbadas en la furgoneta. He contactado a KUKA y me han atendido perfectamente.

Ha llegado en perfecto estado, bién protegido, listo para ocupar su nuevo espacio. Quizás un poco húmeda de más la tierra, atendiendo al tipo de árbol que es, y el tiesto de plástico roto, pero la planta está en perfecto estado, que es lo importsnte!

Hola Alba,
Nos alegra saber que la planta está en buen estado, el tiesto roto, si que nos gusta que cuando lleguen lo pedidos y algó llegue roto nos madeis fotos, para tenerlo en cuenta con las agencias (en el correo que enviamos con la factura y el número de seguimiento) indicamos que si llega algún producto en mal estado nos aviseis.
De todas formas me lo anoto en su ficha, por si pasase algo.

La atención recibida de 10, y el envío genial. Había pedido 2 orquídeas azules y cuando las iban a enviar creyeron que no estaban tan bonitas como debían, por lo que me llamaron para decirme que lo sentían pero que no estaban para enviar. un gesto que dice mucho. Les pregunté si tardarían mucho en recibir más, y la espera mereció la pena. Acabo de recibirlas y son espectaculares!! Muy bien protegidas por el embalaje y han llegado perfectas. Repetiré.
