Bastante bien! El árbol llegó empaquetado muy bien, aunque pienso que tienen que tratar árboles frágiles con un poco más cuidado en respecto a las ramitas y como están atadas.

El árbol llegó en perfecto estado, pero no sé cómo es. Tenía pocas hojas y le ha dado un paralís, algo tristemente habitual en mi jardín, de manera que no puedo opinar. Espero que despierte del letargo pronto y se ponga precioso.

El pedido ha llegado muy bien, en perfectas condiciones. La señora de atención al cliente muy amable.

El servicio de reparto nefasto. Cobro de envio urgente y el repartidor no pico al timbre para entregar el pedido. Se limito a llamar solo una vez por telefono e irse. Devolví la llamada a los 3 minutos, cuando la ví, y el mvl no admitía llamadas entrantes. Me tuve que esperar un día más para poder recibir el pedido porque no les dió la gana de entregarlo por la tarde. Atención al cliente de la empresa de reparto me trató de mentirosa de que estaba ausente en el domicilio cuando estube todo el día en casa sin salir expresamente para la recepción.

Ya vió que por nosotros (Centro de Jardinería Kuka) intentamos resolver las incidencias lo más rápido posible y estamos probando otras agencias de transporte, para ver si podemos solucionar éste problema.

Compro muchas plantas por internet, y las de este proveedor son las que vienen mejor embaladas. Y el tamaño siempre me sorprende, para bien. Te avisan del plazo de entrega (aunque no es el más rápido), y son considerados con las plantas (por ejemplo, calculando que no pasen el fin de semana paradas en el almacén del transportista).
