El pijama es perfecto. Justo lo q he pedido. El inconveniente es el gasto de envió. Solo me ha dejado pedirlo por exprés, aumentado mas de 5 euros el pedido

Buenos días el servicio 24/48 es el unico que tenemos para todos nuestros envios aunaque tambien tenemos clientes que mandan a sus transportes y otros que son de nuestra misma ciudad y pasan por almacen a retirar sus pedidos.
Recuerda que es un pijama con elastanos y es muy importante que revises las instruciones de lavado ;-) ..... muchas gracias un saludo.

Lo que no me ha gustado es que el blanco tiene un tono azulado, es como si las etiquetas, que son azules hubieran destintado.

Tengo que felicitarles pues ha salido todo genial, el envio rápido y la prenda de buena calidad la unica pega es decirles que mi niño tiene 8 años y pedí la talla 12 y aún así le queda ahora mismo como un guante ,y es muy delgado , deberian recomendar tallas mayores.un saludo

Hola , lo primero informarte que hoy 19/02 esta en reparto por la agencia de asm. Nuestro horario es de lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 17:00 y para la gestión de pedidos lo tienes en nuestras bases. Realizaste el pedido el 14/02 a las 17:37 por lo que se proceso el dia 15/02 y salio el 16/02 dentro de los tiempos marcados. Al igual que nosostros el transporte no reparte los fines de semana.

Buenas tardes, ya disponia de una cazadora igual que esta y ese fue el motivo de pedirla pero me ha decepcionado.
Aunque pedí la misma talla, esta es mucho mas ancha que la que yo tenia y claro entra mucho aire y no abriga igual.
de haberlo sabido hubiera pedido una talla más pequeña.

Hola, las tallas cambian mucho entre la ropa comercial y la ropa industrial,dentro de la ropa industrial auanque tenemos patrones similares entre marchas muchas veces hay diferencia asi como si son fabricación nacional o importación.
Nosotros bajo petición hacemos revisión de tallas con medidas antes de que se envie el producto por estos temas.
