Todo genial como siempre. Como critica constructiva. Las notas son un bonito detalle pero me parece un derroche de papel innecesario. A lo mejor seria suficiente con poner la nota aprovechando el revés de la factura o enviando por email el agradecimiento.

El pedido me ha llegado en poco tiempo y se agradece el detalle y la nota. Sin embargo, el transportista es lo peor. Los trabajadores son maleducados y no facilitan para nada la entrega si no estamos en casa. Tanto es así que me voy a replantear comprar en su página web.. RESPUESTA: Buenos días. Trasladamos tu comentario al responsable de mensajería para que analicen si hay algún problema con el servicio en la zona, y lo solucionen. El producto está bien, pero el servicio de transporte no. Pagué el transporte urgente porque necesitaba el artículo para un viaje, y no llegó a tiempo, especificando a la agencia de transporte que necesitaba que me lo entregaran en una fecha concreta y hasta una hora concreta. Pues llegó al día siguiente, y lógicamente yo ya no estaba. Así que en ese sentido muy mal, porque pagué de más por el transporte urgente para nada.
