Siempre he estado contento con la Farmacia del Bebé, pero en varias ocasiones he tenido problemas con el servicio de mensajería, ahora el servicio de entrega 24 horas no está disponible y tardan 5-6 días en entregar el pedido, por lo que en este asunto ha empeorado bastante más. . RESPUESTA: Buenos días. El servicio de entrega 24 horas sí está disponible, y es gratuito a partir de 69€. Por otro lado hace un tiempo (a petición de varios clientes) incluimos un servicio más económico de entrega en 3-4 días laborables que es gratuito a partir de 49€. Este es el servicio que se ha usado en tu último pedido. El envío se realizó el día viernes 2, se intentó una entrega el lunes 5 que marcaron como ausente, y finalmente se entregó el martes 6. \nEn cualquier caso sentimos que hayas percibido un empeoramiento del servicio y haremos todo lo posible por mejorarlo. Gracias por ayudarnos a mejorar y un saludo.
