Servicio muy rapido (en menos de 48h tenemos el pedido siempre en casa) con mucha atencion y con buen oferta de productos. Siempre añaden un detalle personalizado y siempre aciertan con lo que nos gusta.\nNos gustaria que ampliaran la oferta de productos ecologicos para toda la familia.

Sinceramente hasta éste pedido no había tenido problema en el envío. La puntuación es baja por el transporte. Ha sido un desastre. . RESPUESTA: Buenas tardes, hemos reclamado a mensajería, y nos indican que el paquete se envió el martes 18 como envío económico (3-4 días laborables). Indican que fue ausente el jueves 20 a las 14:48, y por error nos se volvió a sacar a reparto hasta el martes 25, cuando tendría que haberse intentado entregar de nuevo el viernes 21. Disculpa las molestias. Un saludo.
