Hice un pedido que tenia un coste de envío superior para que llegará el 24-48 horas. Me ha llegado 6 dias después, y he tenido que reclamar tres veces... y es un producto que necesitaba. Dos veces reclame a la farmacia, me conrestaro una. otra vez a la empresa de reparto. Con excusas al final 6dias pendiente del pedido.\nHa llegado lo que pedí y un regalo de toallitas húmedas (que aunque no uso se lo agradezco).. RESPUESTA: Hola, lamentamos mucho lo sucedido. El pedido se tendría que haber entregado el viernes 17 o el lunes 20. Finalmente se entregó el martes 21. Reclamamos a mensajería dos veces pero al ser una zona de campo no fueron capaces de hacer la entrega convenientemente. Les indicamos que te contactaran previamente para indicaciones si no encontraban la dirección pero no lo hicieron. Sentimos los inconvenientes y tramitamos la devolución del sobrecoste del envío 24-48 horas. Un saludo.
